I’ve started working with Ian Morales (EC of Austin Vida) for a new blogging project coming out in February. Here is a video from one of the shows I shot in the past week. Gonna have to wait for the rest! But this was too good to not share in a timely manner.

I suppose these fall more under the category of “party picz (y’all)” that you would find on facebook, but I figured I would upload them regardless. Fun night, fun friends. Chey’s house is gorgeous and everyone at the party was super nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to bring in the New Year!

my name is sara strick, i am a photographer in the central texas area. i am a student at texas state university where i currently work as photo editor for the university star. i also shoot for red river noise and smtx culture. i am pursuing my degree in photography and plan on attending grad school for political science with the hopes of someday working for a major publication as a political or war coverage photographer.
in the mean time i enjoy living in san marcos, the austin music scene, fun people, lonestar, ice tea, and my lovely canon 7D, named max.
